Huub Maas

Huub Maas (CEO) has over 20 years of general management, entrepreneurial and extensive international experience in marketing and sales. From 1985 un till 2005 Huub fulfilled various national and international functions at Heineken N.V., a Dutch multinational and one of the worlds largest breweries. In his first years he worked as a business representative and sales manager in the Netherlands. During this period he built up his first experience in management, sales and marketing. After eight years he started working as Area Export Manager Asia-Pacific for Heineken Singapore. He was responsible for strategy, finance, marketing, sales, operational planning e.g. After working for Heineken in Singapore Huub started as General Manager for Heineken Canaries S.A. at the Canary Islands and a couple of years later as Director Draught Beer Competence Centre in the Netherlands where he became responisible for strategic innovations and standardization of Draught Beer Equipment and Kegs. During his last years at Heineken Huub worked as CEO for Heineken Belgium N.V. where he was mainly responsible to align the new business internally and externally. After his career at Heineken Huub started as an entrepreneur. In the last four years Huub’s business activities have focused on innovations. One of these innovations, a new and innovative draft system for household applications, is licensed successfully to a large consumer electronics company and is now sold in more than 10 countries.
